Hi Blog readers hope all is well with you and I am sure some of you have a chocolate craving, I know they say it is fattening but are not most things if you eat enough of it, the secret is moderation. While I have been in self isolation I have worked harder than ever with a fitness routine on You tube so I can keep my figure in trim on your return, if you have got it flaunt it and that it what I intend to do. I am missing you and want to look my best on your return, we have a lot of making up to do!!

Exercise is one of the things to keep slim and I like a bit of Yoga it keeps me supple (we all like to be more supple). One type of the many exercises available are Yoga (Karma Sutra) I remember the first time I watched a friend of mine take a class, I thought what the hell are they doing all these strange positions (ones I was not used to) some with sexual overtones!! my favourite is the downward dog and very fond of the warrior or a real warrior. Any exercise is better than none.
